As a practice with Premier Pro, my class was asked to find a public-domain film and create a movie trailer out of footage from said film. The goal was to make a trailer which could entertain and appeal to the modern audience, regardless of the film’s actual quality. The film I chose, Orson Wells’ post-WW2 detective thriller “The Stranger,” was a fantastic choice, as the movie lent itself to the right amount of suspense and action into my take on a trailer from the movie.
